Century Engineering, is a South Australian manufacturing business delivering engineered products across multiple markets. Operating in a technically complex and production-driven environment, the business required an Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations, align technical strategy with commercial objectives and support continued growth. The role demanded a senior leader capable of driving innovation, improving manufacturing efficiency and providing strong governance across engineering, quality and safety.

Nathan is a Chartered Professional Mechanical Engineer with more than 20 years of experience across manufacturing, mining, energy and agriculture. He has led engineering, manufacturing and R&D functions across Australia and international markets, delivering measurable improvements in margin, cost control, safety and productivity. Nathan was successfully appointed as Engineering Manager, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, he will lead engineering teams across multiple product lines, strengthen operational performance and align engineering outcomes with broader business strategy.
