TESS Search Partners recently partnered with CME Group to successfully appoint Stephen Hannah as Project Manager – Sports Lighting.
This was a dedicated executive search assignment, requiring a targeted headhunting approach to identify experienced electrical professionals with the technical expertise, leadership capability and project delivery experience to step into a Project Manager position.

With more than a decade of experience delivering complex electrical projects across commercial, healthcare, defence and infrastructure sectors, he had built a reputation for leading teams, coordinating site delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. His practical experience aligned well with CME’s requirements and long-term growth plans.
