Argos Projects recently partnered with TESS Search Partners to appoint Cong Tran as Senior Estimator.
The role required an experienced estimating professional with strong insurance repair expertise, commercial awareness and the ability to manage projects from initial scoping through to completion. Beyond technical capability, Argos Projects needed a professional who could build trusted relationships with insurers, adjusters, subcontractors and clients while supporting the continued growth of its Adelaide operations.
The search targeted professionals with proven experience across estimating, project supervision and stakeholder management. Equally important was the ability to work independently, contribute to business development and support the long-term growth of the Adelaide office.
Cong’s extensive experience across commercial estimating, project management and measure-and-quote services made him an exceptional appointment for the role. Prior to joining Argos Projects, he was South Australia’s lead Measure and Quote Estimator with National Tiles, where he was recognised as one of the company’s top-performing estimators nationally. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Commercial Estimator and Project Manager with 3A Flooring & Building Materials, building a strong track record in commercial estimating, stakeholder management and end-to-end project delivery. His proven performance and industry experience aligned strongly with Argos Projects’ requirements and long-term growth strategy.
This appointment further strengthens Argos Projects’ estimating capability and reflects TESS Search Partners’ ability to identify and secure experienced professionals for critical appointments across the construction and insurance repair sectors.
