DryFlow Magnetics recently partnered with TESS Search Partners to appoint Jonathan Bartlett as Senior Project Engineer.
The role required an experienced engineering professional to lead the design, coordination, fabrication and deployment of DryFlow’s test and commercial units. Strong project delivery experience across mining and heavy industry was essential, along with practical knowledge of brownfield environments, commissioning, contractor management and multidisciplinary engineering.
The search focused on senior engineering professionals with experience delivering projects from concept through to commissioning. Equally important was strong commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate engineering, fabrication and site activities while working closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and customers.
With more than 20 years’ experience across mining, oil and gas, water and infrastructure, Jonathan was well aligned to the role. His career includes senior project delivery positions with ICE Engineering, BHP Olympic Dam, WSP, UGL and Ottoway Engineering, with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering major capital and brownfield projects. His background across mechanical engineering, project delivery, construction and commissioning aligned strongly with DryFlow Magnetics’ requirements.
This appointment reflects DryFlow Magnetics’ continued growth and TESS Search Partners’ ability to identify experienced engineering professionals for key roles across mining, resources and industrial technology.
