This senior leadership role is central to the organisation’s financial governance, strategic planning, and operational performance, with responsibility for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and the finance function’s performance across multiple entities. The position required a seasoned finance leader with strong technical capability, Board-level reporting experience, and the ability to operate confidently across executive and government stakeholders. It also demanded a balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to support a complex and evolving organisation.
Through a targeted search, Tina Hodder was identified as the ideal fit. A Fellow of CPA Australia with over 25 years of experience, Tina brings a strong track record in financial leadership, governance, and transformation across both commercial and not-for-profit environments. Her experience partnering with Boards and executive teams, combined with her ability to lead high-performing finance functions and strengthen financial processes, positioned her strongly to support Eighty9’s ongoing growth and sustainability.
