The role demanded a proven executive to lead engineering, production and strategy while driving growth and global competitiveness.
Through a lengthy and extensive advertising and search campaign, we successfully appointed Stephen Pearce, an experienced leader in drone manufacturing and advanced engineering. His deep sector knowledge, commercial focus and track record in operational delivery made him the clear choice. Stephen joined Orbital in June 2025, having relocated from Sydney to Perth. Stephen’s appointment strengthens Orbital UAV’s leadership at a pivotal time, positioning the company for continued innovation and global impact.
