TESS Search Partners recently partnered with REDARC Electronics to successfully appoint Simone Jones as Senior People & Culture Business Partner.
This was a targeted executive search assignment, focused on identifying a senior People & Culture leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and operational environments. The role required a trusted business partner capable of strengthening workforce capability, employee engagement, organisational culture and people performance while supporting REDARC’s continued growth.
The search required a candidate with the ability to influence leaders across a complex operational business, balancing strategic People & Culture initiatives with hands-on leadership across employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and leadership development.
Simone’s extensive experience partnering with executives and senior leaders across industrial, manufacturing, local government, and regulated environments made her an exceptional fit for the role. Her expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, leadership development, organisational change, and cultural transformation aligned strongly with REDARC’s people strategy and growth objectives.
Prior to her appointment, Simone held senior People & Culture leadership roles, including Senior People Business Partner with Orrcon Manufacturing (BlueScope Steel), where she provided strategic workforce and culture leadership across national operations.
The appointment further strengthened REDARC’s People & Culture capability and reflects TESS Search Partners’ ability to identify and secure high-calibre talent for critical leadership positions.
