TESS Search Partners recently partnered with Aspire to successfully appoint Scott Davis as Site Supervisor.
This was a targeted executive search assignment focused on identifying an experienced construction professional capable of leading daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and programme delivery. The role required a hands-on leader with strong stakeholder management skills and extensive experience delivering complex construction projects.
The search focused on professionals with proven site leadership experience across large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects, combined with a practical understanding of construction methodologies, WHS compliance, quality assurance and subcontractor coordination. Aspire required a Site Supervisor who could confidently manage day-to-day site activities while maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants and project teams.
Scott Davis was identified as an outstanding fit for the role. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott has successfully supervised major commercial, defence and government projects across the Northern Territory. His background includes leading site delivery on the $255 million Charles Darwin University City Campus development, Defence infrastructure projects including RAAF Tindal and Robertson Barracks, and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality. His practical carpentry background, combined with extensive site management experience, aligned strongly with Aspire’s operational requirements.
This appointment further strengthens Aspire’s project delivery capability and reflects TESS Search Partners’ ability to identify and secure experienced construction leaders for critical site-based appointments across complex commercial and infrastructure projects.
